Dreams

^ Yeah, it usually occur when you are in deep sleep and your body relax just a tad bit too much... I've heard that stretching before bed helps, but I personally just never bothers as I fall right back to sleep after an episode of it...

 

^haha.. but come to think of it.. the jerking is still fine.. just tat it feels like falling..

have you experienced leg cramps in middle of the night? thats worse.. cant get back to sleep for a while cos of the pain. And it you get really awake when it strikes -lol

 

Yup, totally. Hate it more than anything sleep-related...

I tend to sleep in fetal position, so I get those cramps often... =_=b

Erm...Have u guys ever dreamt of urself falling?
I never have...
But I always dream about someone chasing me and I'm like running forever...

Falling? No, but plenty of chasing and running around and locked doors.

 

My fall is always really brief.. sudden. And I think its more due to the jerking than the dream..

But my frens have worse dreams.. he always dream about being chased and stabbed..

 

Yeh..But that person has never chased me...
It weird tho...Coz in the dream I'm worrying about what if I get tired and stuff...
But I never do -lol

But I always have weird dreams that dun make sense...

hiake: lol.. you are like my cousin.. she always dreams of fighting.. and if you try waking her up.. you will get punched or kicked

 

I don't move around too much, though I click my teeth (or so people told me). Won't injure people around me

@nyckeion: Apparently I do that too, though it's more like a mix of random sound... which happens to resemble foul language (or so I hope... it better is not conscious :()

alot of people in my family like when i fall asleep on the coach or something will tell me why are you cursing and kicking things ... totally didnt recall anything haha

 

^ there was once at a chalet.. my cousins said I suddenly exclaimed in my sleep "I have the key!"

haha.. dun ask me why.. its a secret -blush

 

hmmm maybe you were playing a game of hiding the key haha

 

That happens to me a lot when i sleep on the subway, it's kind of embarrassing.
