im having trouble getting to sleep (esp. wen i wake up at 2pm) what do u guys do? read book? i dont like books lol warm milk? dont like that either..
Don't get up so late (2pm) as it mess up your sleeping schedule. No loud music the hour before you go to sleep, stop checking your emails, just chill. And yeah, no eating 3-4 hours before bedtime. If you ate you get too energized to sleep. But waking up a bit earlier helps.

^ Are you sure that works? Well for me i just close my eyes, relax and think of nothing. It will eventually come but don't panic or worry about not sleeping because it makes u more "awake"
Really??? I don't know, they worked for me. Though I must say the caffeine withdrawl was one of the most painful experience I've had (cutting down from 7 cups a day to like... one or none) I feel sleepy the entire day when I went coldturkey with it, but I slept like a baby... then after about a week or so caffeine free (the days drags on...) then I picked up one only before 5pm (anything later has to be SO watered down if I even wanted to have any shuteye) So yeah, perhaps it works the same way with caffeinated drink... such as coke?
Im lucky I never have trouble sleeping.. maybe cos I never really wanna sleep.. and when I do.. im dead tired -lol O.. thats reminds me.. exercise like mad.. not just b4 sleep of cos.. but get urself reaaally tired. It works for me at least.
i do sleeep..just at like 4 then wake up 10hrs later hahahhaah.....b4 i sleep in on pa looking at this love relationship goin on hahahahah where u're invovled
How about some good ol' fashion sleeping pills? Either that or you could just get in a good work out everyday to wear your body out so it'll need sleep to re-energize.
