soo right, i ended up sleeping a 4am+ rolling around the bed for sometime too i counted to 300 and lost count lol i geuss its cause im startin to get use to sleeping late, all that uni work and stuff. espcially if i get naps early in the dayy-sleep
^ lol ...u can try not getting enough sleep the night before...make sure u dont take a nap and u'll prolly be sleepy that night itself due to lack of sleep
lol i guess im lucky i dont really have sleeping problems but when i cant sleep i go read a text book and im out in like 5 mins
^ Beware... book reading never worked for me I guess it depends on whether you are a reader to begin with
one of the real treatment that really work is...use a white light everyday ( like 30 min) just fix it and then u will see that u will return to a normal timing....
if you old enough try red wine since red wine dont harm the body and in small doses actually good for you ...if not liking alcohol try excercising for half an hour get really tired take a shower then just lay on your bed you should sleep faster
