i was plannin to go to concordia..then the guy asked me wher i was born..i said toronto and he said my tution is like 8000 or 10000..like WTF...quebec ppl pay like 3g's?
As far as I know, Quebec has 3-tiered tuition rate: Quebec residents pays around 2-3G, Canadian residents (outside of Quebec) pays around 4-6G, while International student pays around 10G... I think you only need a Quebec address for a year in order to be considered "Quebec residents"... not sure though.
its only quebec who treats other canadians like international cause they r fags and want to separate from canada.....if i go to ubc i pay regular tuition i think
I don't think so... they have a different tuition rate for national (out of province) students at UBC and UT too... just that the difference is not as great as Quebec because tuition in Quebec is unusually low (for local residents) after something like bursary... @_@b

I would love to study in either Vancouver or Montreal. Vancouver for its accessible nature hikes and scenaries, Montreal for its Jazz and film fest (cheapest film fest imaginable) Though I doubt my French can pass for living in Montreal =_=b
Meh, it's okay. I survived much more unpleasant things than UofT and its snobby and golddigging attitude.
UofT is prestigeous my arse. All the money they raked from undergrads went directly into graduate studies, which most of the UofT students will not get into as their entry requirement is I think 3.7+ while UofT average is like... 2.6 =_=b I am sure it's cushy pursuing higher studies at UofT, just not at the bac level...
