I've taken muay thai for a year and a half. Stop taking it though, just didn't have time for it. But the sparring bouts we had were fun and... painful. But I surely do miss it.
started to learn it, madd fun when sparring with friends just dont over do it cause you can knock them out lol

As powerful & painful as muay thai looks... i still prefer karate xD ..but yeh, the matches alright to watch. (i've trained in both for short periods, and they're fun lol)
Hi yes I have traine thai boxing some time ago for 1 year and I love My coush was call Doi he had train a lot of thai fighters in thailand now he lives in Denmark. He has are very hard and fast kick wow.
its a very powerful practice but then its really hard work since you have to make your joints harder then other parts of your body
