everything about women are correct bout no man should spend his life alone. Since men can't cook, clean & care for themselves, they should be very nice to their women in order to keep them forever. Divorce usually happens when men cheated or neglected the wife. Divorce can be avoided when the man stays faithful & love unconditionally...

What happens if the wife cant cook, clean & care for themselves? Are men allowed to divorce?

By all means, please do, if he's a lazy b*stard and needs to rely on ppl to feed, then why stay with him.

I'm happily married, but just to play devil's advocate to your list, here are some thoughts: =) (nothing personal, just some of my opinions)

    1. I can be with my wife forever even if I don't marry her. And marrying her doesn't mean we can't end in divorce.

    2. I would not get married just to portray an image. That's too high a price to pay if one's not serious or ready. One can be stable and single.

    3. Hahaha, not always, my wife & I received a bunch of picture frames, tea sets, etc....haven't used any of them yet....

    4. Actually, there's something called a wedding/marriage penalty that everyone pays. The government is trying to correct it but it's still not equal so married couples pay more (combined income puts them at a higher tax bracket)

    5. Or you loose half your assets if you make more than your spouse.

Hehe, forgot I was on the forum dude? Been married 2 yrs...

#6 is totally true, one electric bill, one phone bill, one internet bill, one rent for 2 people.....

#7. Haha, unless the couple is into kinky stuff like swinging or are bisexual... =)

Women cheat just as much as guys do. This has been covered by many daytime talk shows (operah winfrey, maury povich, etc...) & various news stations (MSNBC for one). Try googling it to see if you find it. Women are just better at hiding it and guys are more oblivious to the signs when women cheat. Women are better at detecting when guys cheat because they have been trained all their lives by their mothers to keep an eye on their guy. But with gender equality & independent women who make money, their rate of infidelity is on par with the male gender.

Edit: Here are a couple of articles I found:

I wouldn't want to live forever if aging limits what I can do in my old age
