The sex is OK, it's just the frequency Michael Theodoulou in Nicosia Sunday May 6, 2007 The Observer Small, egg-shaped and promising 'divine' vibrations, a UK sex toy has been deemed a threat to Cyprus's national security. According to the company Ann Summers, the Love Bug 2 has been banned because the Cypriot military is concerned its electronic waves would disrupt the army's radio frequencies. Operated by a remote control with a range of six metres, it is described by Ann Summers as 'deceptively powerful'. The company said: 'The Love Bug 2 is available in Cyprus but we have had to put a warning out urging Cypriots not to use it.'
If you ever go on holiday to Cyprus, don't take your toys with you. Otherwise there is a chance that you get arrested for using classified frequencies -bigsmile
Cyprus military must be using some really OLD technologies, cant even protect themselves from a simply Love Bug.
BTW in France, bluetooth headsets are also prohibited for the same reason!!! So if you plan to visit France, don't use that gadget
When I bought me a bluetooth set, there was a disclaimer. Saying that I'm not allowed to use this headset in France due to militairy. Hmmm a radius of 6 meters ... just wondering if the frequency of the Love Bug 2 are all the same -evil
gah, i hate bluetooth headphones, especially when girls with long hair use them... all of the sudden a chick will walk by me talking and i assume she is talking to me so i look over and usually am on the verge of replying before i realize she is actually on her phone.
Are u sure about what u talking about?!!! N.B: french ppl use more bluetooth than american ppl and then we have the visiophonie too!!!!
y don't they just go back to the love bug 1 im sure that didn't disrupt the frequencies =P can always use ibuzz =D
hmmm...strange peeps those french guys....just like those cypriots... No bluetooth for me when i'm in france....
