Yeah, so much for tolerance and free will. It is condescending at best and possibly outright oppressing. No wonder we still have bloodshed on religion right now. We are just taught to be intolerant in that aspect aren't we?

If free will is indeed meant for humans like us, let us be the way we are, and whoever waiting at the end of our life, be it some Death, shigami, your God or whatever which exists, will be the judge. Not you.

I mean "to each his own" in every sense of the phrase.

*cough* semi-freedom of speech for the win!

  7. well thats your opinion, you have the freewill to follow God and you have the freewill to not follow God.

many people avoid God and chose not to believe in him because it may all seems
. maybe they don't wana give up there current life style, ive seen it happen to people plenty.

i will certainly not, as a christian it is my job to spread the word.

if what i say seems like im judging then understand that whatever i say comes from the word of God. not my own ideas.

and doesnt that include me spreading the word as all Christians are commanded?, or are you going to take back the "every sense of the phrase" part? its your choice to listen or not listen but its my choice to speak, or in this case type.

Yes, of course, because your God is on your side. So you can condemn any number of religions?

Just like "I don't care what others do" doesn't mean that they can slash and heck me with a knife, so long as it doesn't pull me into the vicious circle of religion I am positively indifferent what others believe in. I have thusfar NEVER met believers from other religions trying to convert me (aka save my soul), and yes, I think there's a difference between "spreading the word" and "threatening to damnation".

As per lifestyle, define lifestyle, the fact that one is declared a believer of a faith is a lifestyle? Or is there some Christian lifestyle I don't know about? As far as I can tell (from other Christian acquitances I have), there's little to none common in terms of lifestyle beside the fact that they have the complex in being the missionary savior. If that's what you mean by lifestyle, then I sure I won't give up my current one and be oppressive.

  9. unfortunately, nowadays the church as a whole doesn't really talk about these things in fear of upsetting people.

im not sure what this means, sorry

You seem to be very knowledgeable on the Bible... May i ask u a few questions?

Is Adam the first man created by God?
    and
What do you think of the Bible?

  11. oh thankyou, i still got alot of study to do but im not one of them people who can dish out chapter and verse like the more mature Christians, im still a young'n.

Yes!! ofcourse and eve came second.

the bible is the greatest book ever imo, the question is a little broad so maybe you can narrow it down a little, thanks.

Well, well, well. I am really surprised you claimed to know about the Bible and yet you made one of the most common mistakes every Christian make...

I shall not highlight to you the discrepancies in the Bible (but if you want, I can do that) but I'll start with the mistaken notion of Adam. If you do a complete research on your Bible, you would find that:

Adam was NOT the first man created. The Bible tells us that because in Genesis 4. 16, 17 it is said that Cain went into the land of Moab with the intention of buying a wife. Now if ADAM was the first man created, what was the point of Cain going into Moab in search of a wife, because there just wouldn't be any!?

Actually, Adam is a composite of ten Sephiroth, and of course the Father, the Son, and Holy Ghost is the three of the upper triad of the archetypal world, while the second Adam is an esoteric composition who represents the seven groups of men- the seven groups of mankind, and which thus formed the first human root race.
There were the Atlanteans who made a lot of researches, and if you will read the Bible properly, esoterically, that is, you will find that the seven keys which open the mysteries of the seven great root races can be traced back to Atlantean times. So the Egyptians -> obtained info. from the Atlanteans; the Jews obtained info from the Egyptians and altered it a bit; and then the Christians came along and they took all the info. and distorted it quite a bit and THEN the translators who put it into Latin softened all sorts of comments and made them fit in with the new Christian ideals and ideas, just as nowadays politicians alter history to suit their own country.

I wanted to know how do you think the Bible came about. What it consists of. Did it just drop down from the sky and landed in someone's lap? Pls tell me what you think :)

There must have been stone tablets of Bible's manuscript somewhere... Or would it? Maybe it's just some conjured up fiction? -shock

    nyckeion ....Boo....

^im in love with rain and hiake lolz ...damn these two put up a good argument

Oh oh me me i know the bible was umm stated in this passage

“Who wrote the Bible” is a question that can be definitively answered by examining the biblical texts in light of the external evidences that supports its claims. 2 Timothy 3:16 states that “All scripture is inspired by God….” In 2 Peter 1:20-21, Peter reminds the reader to “know this first of all, that no prophecy of scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation, … but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.” The Bible itself tells us that it is God who is the author of His book.

but then another words a person wrote the book saying it was from god.

  15. Genesis Chapter 4:
16 And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden.
17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bore Enoch; and he builded a city, and called the name of the city after the name of his son Enoch.

the bible doesn't seem to support this.... maybe you can show/tell me were u got this from?

the bible speaks of how sinful the jews were behaving when they left Egypt, but the God of isreal dealt with them. you must remember that the first Christians were jews untill it was given to the gentile nations. Constantine eventually took Christianity and made it a political system, which is now the Roman catholic system.

The bible is the word on God, it was written with human hands THROUGH the holy spirit. falling from the sky and land landing in someone's lap... no

^How did it come about though? Did God dictates it to the author with a cell phone? Through dreams? What?
haha, I am interested to know what Master_G thinks...
Well Master_G; aren't u glad to learn something new today? Probably checkin his Bible on the creation of Adam...

  17. its more than fiction, its completely false, maybe your thinking of the ten commandments.

I think he just got you back regarding the first man.

  19. no not cellphones, they weren't around back then, or if so then they must have been pretty huge.... yes through, dreams, visions, Gods messengers and God simply talking to them. ALWAYS have my bible close, and if i feel i need to read it, then i will. also are you talking to me or are you trying to entertain an audience, the way your behaving reminds me of when i was i was in school. maybe its just me, sorry if i got it wrong

I know I am NOT talking about The Ten Commandments. Because unlike THAT stone tablet, no so-called manuscript of the Bible has been proved to be "words of God", it would be interesting though, if one day they were able to device some means to prove "it is the words of God" besides appartrtions and "visions".

And just out of curiousity, how does someone write through the holy spirit? -huh For all I know he (probably not a she) could be just an asylum inmate with a great story.
