yea, pooping is all about fiber in your diet so eat whole grains, veggies and fruit foods high in fiber would include lettuce, apples, oranges, celery, basically any leafy greens, prunes (ever notice those old chinese folks who keep eating those dried prunes?) note white rice and potatoes is lacking in a lot of fiber
The secret to shit everyday: 1. Make it a ritual to visit your toilet and sit there every morning after u wake up and at night before you go to bed for 5 minutes. 2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water 3. Eat veggies; fruits 4. Do any of the following : Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Meditation ... Yoga - Hatha, Meditation, Chinese Yoga ... Martial Arts: Karate, Judo, Kung Fu, Teakwood, Budokai, Uechi, Aikido ... Dancing, Aerobics, Gymnastics, Stretching ... Swimming in non-chlorinated water ! ( Best in minerals rich water - Ocean ! ) Weight lifting, .... 5. If you can't shit ur toxins out, SWEAT them out! - exercise with a lot of clothes - Sauna - drink warm tea in a hot room ... - eat CAYENNE pepper! ... 6. Meditate on why you can't shit every 10 minutes daily 7. Get in touch with your local doctor/psychiatrist (it could be a mental problem)
I definitely agree with xxsweetheartxx. Bananas will do it but have to drink your fill of milk for the day too.
bananas, weetabix or any sorta wholemeal stuff with lots of fibre - to give your stomach n intestines a total work-out...other than that its just the ><" face with a GRRRRRRRAAAAA sounds to help ya release the shit out lols
lol smallrinilady, right when I saw that subject of the thread I thought of prunes lol I remember my mother feeding me those when I was around 3 or 4.. lol I dont eat them now though, I dont like em. But yes, prunes are great, I also recommend porridge-blush2 .. My eldest nephew always had trouble with his bowel movements, but whenever we'd feed him cornmeal porridge, he'd go lol. I do not know the scientific reasonings behind it, or I would state them, but it does work, for a fact.
they say drink a glass of water before u brush ur teeth when u get up... i guess prunes r more high fibre than bananas...
