Milk and Cheese, do you eat them?

im surprise so many ppl eat cheese n drink milk.... arnt majority of Asians lactose intolerant

 

I often eat cheese but I don't really like milk...especially hot milk -nono

i luv cheese........especially cheesecake - tho it has no relevance 2 cheese

 

Majority of Asians lactose intolerant??? Never heard of that. I only know 1 person who's lactose intolerant, and it's only a mild case... easily remedied by prescribed allergic pills.

 

I love milk and Cheese....We can almost drown in milk here in Holland...Its very cheap and easy to get it, and people even say its healthy !!
But the best Chees in the world is Mozarella chees from Italy!!

 

I love milk AND cheese....... woot.

Weird then... I've know plenty of Westerners who are lactose intolerance but only ONE Asian with the same condition @_@b

Although I guess it make sense that Asians are more likely to be lactose intolerant because we don't use milk as much in our diet (historically) so the protein (and in turn its product enzyme) to break that down may have been genetically eliminated throughout time... like the enzyme to break down alcohol (which is often absent in Asians, thus the flushing after a drink or two )

Lactose intolerance is to do with the person's genes and hormones.

i like cheese but dont really like to drink milk..i like chocolate flavoured milk like the ones you can buy in HK -drool

 

I don't like the Chocomilk in canada... most of them taste pasty =_=bbb

But in Hong Kong I like Soy milk or McVita drinks

 

isnt there chocolate milk everywhere? well almost everywhere or is it that the ones in hk are better... should i go to hk just to try some?-whistle

Drinking that much milk (as much as water? That'd be 8 glass) may be overkill...
