seriously kids are stupid these days they walk tough and talk tough ... trying to be tough and its stupid we need good education those two kids deserves it

If the laws in that state are anything like california...... nothing will happen to the kids.... (when i was younger i had 4 feloneys n a few misdemenors for this one incident .... when i turn 18.... walked my ass down to youth guidance center (juvinal hall) n had that shit erased off my record..... take it that now california passed prop 21..... n has the 3 strikes law.... its a lil different but still nothing horrible that youll hafta live wit the rest of your life...... laws help the youth more than adults... iono id give it to em..... n just jack it back from him after class...... i would mop him across the room though....
I don't really understand why youths get more leeway than adults... It's not like they are THAT young as to they haven't seen the consequences on TV or something...

In Canada, anything below 18 will be erased from the records, of course it excludes some cases. I think they are doing this bc they want to give the kids a 2nd chance in life.

this is quiet a funny story when i was in high school two years ago. a teacher got beaten up and had to go through many surgeries because he confiscated a kids hat. except the kids that did it felt no remourse. after that happened another teacher got paranoided and slapped a kid so hard he hit his head on a desk, when the kid threatened to hit him if he took his hat.
lol this reminds of fast n furious when they were fighting over the ipod... -rotfl lil bow wow gettin his ass kicked... xD
i know... if your broke ass can't afford to have your ipod taken away.. then you've got no business carrying it around in the first place...
