the only gaming peripherals that have ever actually worked are the DDR pad, driving steering wheel, and guitar hero guitar. everything else has crashed and burned.. its too risky a business to develop a crazy peripheral unless you know you are going to have tons of game support... heck, even point and shoot light-guns haven't been very successful.
Well, the best thing about Wii is that it have multiple config for that same 2 controllers (Wii mote + nunchuck) That's what I call genius...
Not true, you can get retarded models of the Master Sword and Hylian shield But at least I am swinging SOMETHING... instead of imagining myself swinging somehting -sweat
@MDD: Your mind is a scary scary place. Somehow hot blooded male are mostly for PS3, weird. Probably can't handle simplicity.
Well, I don't know about the masculine part, but it's just declared to be the laughingstock of consoles as it is reducing its price (and several game dev are reducing budget on PS3 games as well). All according to NYTimes.
lol sony is also going to be announcing a 2 billion dollar loss on the PS3 as well this quarter. But i don't care, the PS2 got off to a rough start too and it still came out ontop for its generation. Sony will pull off a win, it will just take some time.
we'll see on that. Though I must admit if Blu-ray ever caught on (which I suspect it will, because HD has little prospect in the long run...) PS3 will definitely be on the edge of technology. But at the moment, not really. Anyways, I didn't see a shortage of PS3 anywhere @_@b Guess that tactic is not in place this time around...
