Think those are very deep water sea creatures who've never seen the light. National Geographic Channel once a while show new items about them.
OMG, these are adorable... I loved those"fish with a lightbulb" since I was young ^^b Pic 10 doesn't look very much like typical creature from the abyss... They usually don't have brilliant colour like that, but meh. Still cool. I like the ones which look like albino specimens -^_^
