They then head for Northern China, where a North Korean restaurant has recently opened. The restaurant specializes in dog meat dishes, and the reporter orders their most famous item: dog meat galpi in a sauce with vegetables. It’s tender and not too bad. dog... tastes fine.. what about it? if it moves, it's eatible-chef i like dogs and all... but not enough to not eat dog if offered, wouldn't go out and gut my own though, plus i think that's illegal in the States...
lol dog is a delicacy in vietnam... but considering i dont eat dog, and some with my family, my mom makes a dog-like dish.... same marinating process, but instead of dog meat, its pork lol it does taste good actually!
Hm, to be honest, if someone gave me dog lol without telling me what it was, and if I ate it.. and liked the taste/texture/etc..Then, I'd like it, but I dont know whether I'd eat it again.. I dont think I would.

So what? Many poor eastern asians have barely anything to eat if they're very low classed. Its like to them what perhaps pork is to us. Muslims will probably go eww in the middle eastern countries, but probably not because the majority of the world consumes it and they're fine with it. Why can't you be fine with eating dog meat? especially if you're starving
Because I don't feel comfortable eating a man's best friend? Because I don't feel fine thinking I am eating an animal which is often a household pet?? Because I just don't want to? Even if I am starving... I don't think I can do it. I'd rather pass out than cut up a dog in front of me.
when you have barely anything to eat, you need to eat anything to survive. lot of village folks in china eat dog meat cuz its plentiful. its just a culture thing
i really don't know what's the difference with dogs, cats or chickens and cows..why is it ok to eat chickens and cows and other livestock but it becomes wrong and taboo to eat what is considered a domesticated species of..house pet..equality in food
