you tell them face to face none of that over the phone, msn, txt msg sh*t face to face is always best option maybe over a coffee or something? or ask her out to the movies or something and tell her
can you love someone before you have dated the person?? the point of confessing the feeling is more at a really really like stage hopefully you are dating that person already hence confessing that you love him/her comes rather naturally =) (should be done in person ofcourse)
Nice and short and short time for the girl to run away also.... LOLZ! i think confession must be made only after a long communication between them and then not too long ended up the girl treat u as a best friend.
yeah that's true...but on the other hand a long speech gives girl plenty of time to run away before he notices =P
i rather say make it simply and tricky so that it won;t be so harsh and hard for the girl to say no. leave a u-turn to yrself to turn around if she is trying to say no.... * i agreed i really scared of being reject
Face to face, and be open and honest about the feelings involved. My question is this... Is this a confession while you two are in the "just friends" status or a serious confession, when you've been going out with the person for a while? Depending on the situation, the answer may vary, but all in all, my answer is what I mentioned before.

There is nothing to confess to the person I once loved. If everything is over between you two, there's nothing more to say. I would, however tell the person I currently like straight out and see where it goes from there.
