You see, these days, people say thinkg that Asian is basically, viet, korean, filos chinese and japs. People forget about the indians and I believe Lebanese people are Asian too... need clarification. But... the poster did say South East Asian. Its unpopular because watching it is boring, its fun playing if you're batting and bowling. Some people don't really get Cricket though... its like some people not understanding boxing and American football (a lot of people I know here in Australia hate it... I like NFL tho).
My mother use to play cricket lol! I never had the chance to, but I would love to go to a game someday.
don't criket games sometimes go as long as 5 days or something like that? no way i have patience for that... its bad enuff baseball's 152 games a season... but to have a game of anything last through 5 days at a time... hell no...
more that asians can't stand in the sun... lol its like 99% of them avoid the sun, cos they wanna look "white" or they just hold an umbrella under the sun =) wonder if that works in the cricket.. holding umbrella lol
cricket is a very subtle, psychological, and testing game/sport. So much happens that is not very apparent unless you watch intently and watch with interest. Works best if you support one of the teams playing, and you listen to the commentary.
pyschological = proper 5 day test match fun to watch, 20-20 see who can swing and continually hit the ball....
