I actually think there are not many 18 yr old virgins left in HK. The ones left are probably not very unattractive or overweight. Paying a 12 yr old for sex is really sad. That can be difficult to judge (maybe they're relatives and the girl got sick and the adult is booking a room for her to rest, although I admit the chance of that is really small) but maybe the personel can look out for hints the adult has something illegal in mind with the underaged. I would warn someone if I was working there and saw this.
