my friend who's obsessed with japanese things says that ramen, to japanese culture is considered a chinese noodle
Yeah, Chow Dou Fu (stinky tofu) is something I'd firstly tasted last year in HK! I always hear my Mom talking about how she'd loved stinky tofu when she was young and when we stumbled on a stinkey tofu seller in Kowloon or so and I wanted to try it. I was probably overwhelmed by the various odours in the market streets so I was kinda disappointed I couldn't smell whether it was living up to it's reputation as a stinky snack or not. Was delicious though! -tongue2 Wan Tan soup, congee with preserved duck eggs, Peking Duck skin in wraps with hoi sin sauce, Wor tip, Sieuw Long Pau, Har Kau, Gai Daan Jai and Sesame paste dessert are my absolute top favourite Chinese food! -bigclap -chef @ brown bear: The pic of that Nissin cup noodle 'Spicy Seafood' is my favorite cup noodle and the only soup base I love to drink up and can't get enough of.
DIM SUM n HOTPOT are my favs!!! hmm.....dun think green tea ice-cream is chinese fd tho, seems like jap desserts!
