Erm...... so what did this advert have to do with Pepsi???? -er I don't know why they put famous people/celebrities in these adverts. If they think people are gonna start drinking Pepsi because a famous actor is holding a can then thats just stupid. BUT if people actually do buy/drink Pepsi because theyve seen an advert with their favourite actor holding/drinking a can of Pepsi, then PEOPLE are STUPID!!! Everyone is trying to be someone else these days. -shrug

Same here, I like pepsi more than coke too. But then again, I rarely drink them anymore and when I usually do, it's a Diet one.. -rotfl I just can't bring myself to consume all those sugar... *guilt* i heard there's approximately 6 spoons of sugar in a can.
It's called marketing dude. It's the psychological feeling that some might get like fans of those stars or people admiring the kung fu that attaches them to the brand image of Pepsi. So to answer your question people prefer feelings over rationality when it comes to buying stuff since it it's simpler.

Just noticed something... Why does Pepsi feel the need to always have tons of celebs in their commercials?? I dont notice that as much with Coke a Cola...hmm..
