@Phoenixgirl: It's OK if you have a valid answer to the thread and not just to increase ur post count
how come i havent noticed this topic?!?! and its a sticky!! woops, i think i did quite a few digging.. eek!
Kqc84 http://www.dramasian.com/forum/search.php?searchid=422718 he's been reviving some threads thats a month or more dead check his first 6 posts
i think u might not like me posting here, but yes, i totally do agree that its so inconsiderate to others that the newcomers will think of ways to just meet a certain requirement set....unlike those old timers that went thru it step by step. i notice too that PA has been working real hard just to make everyone happy. really appreaciate all the effort, as well as alll the contributors. (am still trying to get use to the new colour scheme and format). with the increase of members, more supervision is needed when rules are getting tighter and strict, that means mod are sure not getting enough sleep if they have to monitor round the clock. but, if a certain thread that is dead for more than 2weeks, why dont the mod just remove or delete it...that way, it will not be possible for the newcomers to spam it. (just a thought). because, even if they do start a new thread which could be a repetition of a topic discuss 1-2mths ago...it doesnt matter as they are actually taking a effort and taking PAwebsite seriously.
No need to remove or delete... Then what would happen to our posts count? Closed maybe... those old 'news' thread... and 'specific problem-related' questions.
As the site is expanding, new staff will be considered and added. As for the removal of old threads, some prefer to read than to reply. Also, some are closed. The ones that are open can be brought back up, with a guideline that is of personal judgment between the mods and poster. With the case of new threads that have been posted and there is already one in existence, the two are in most cases merged. Knoc
thank you for the kind clarification...i didnt know that if a thread is being delete..we will all loose the post count...(my mistake), so closing it...means the post count will still be there (got it, thank you). sorry, to dug this up again... hehe.
ooo...for u ? or for me? hehehehe... shall end here now...will be on my way to post somewhere else. thank you & tata.
as a beginner to this website, you ought to know that you need to talk & response in the discussion thread in order to increase you post count. (this does not mean, you can spam by repeating urself over n over again, dont copy n paste, do not type in a one liner response like, ie. "you should ask her out"....give appropriate suggestion or your personal point of view) with the increase in post count, you will then be able to view hidden downloads. (and certain PA member posting will incur a post count no. ie. "you need a 100 post to be able to download") and when you are downloading from a continuation series, do not demand, do not ask when will it come out...always read the whole post carefully...because certain series are still being aired....if a download link is down, ask politely for the link to be fix. last but not least, always try to understand the hard effort & time taken for the uploader to upload a huge amount of file on the net for others to download....so in appreciation...click the button 'thank you'.
