Lol. but why did she do it in the first place? I mean the guy didnt agree to have the baby with her. What would the kid say when he finds out that his mom tricked someone to have him?-unsure
i can see why the judge saw it the way he did. i picture it is like giving money to someone. you can't sue someone inaccordance of what you think they should spend the money on. however, this is a child. and in the end, i feel bad for the kid. "mommy how did i get here?" "well, first daddy deposits his 'sperms' in mommy's mouth ... " -sweat
that's the weird part ... she's Dr. -- either a physician or a phd. either part, she most likely doesn't need the money. but yet, claim child support. bottomline, this whole deal just sucks for the guy except when he got blow at! pay child support for a child that he probably doesn't want to have. have a child that he probably is not ready for and got tricked into.
