lol alright nevermind.. lets talk about a 'real' 'kitty...' when the guy comes back how are you supposed to take care of it? kitty... aka... vagina... now if you guys don't get that one... then there is no hope..
I think she answered your question already. Allow for me to clarify she said "take care of my own kitty first? that will take some waiting for him to come back first." And then shes like "can't i have a fill in real kitty(real cat) during that time? this way i can have a kitty(a real cat) sleeping with me during the nights, and i'm not cheating on anyone." So kitty, vagina, it's all good
=.=" how did kitty become vagina? I think the proper term is to either neuter or spay your cat, and that IS a good idea unless you want tons of cats after that one. I think if you want companionship you should get a little kitten. You and your guy will patch up so rather than room mate or "others" as suggested, a kitty will be fine. As long as your guy doesn't hate cats of course. And you can keep your kitten when you get back with your guy. I doubt he'll let you keep your room mate or "others". >.< And if you can, go adopt one in the shelters. Pedigree cats in stores may look more appealing but they already have their lives mapped out from the moment they're born. They'll go to a home if they're sold. If they're not sold they'll be kept as show cats in the shop, for a long long time. So those at the shelter have a more undecided life. It's either get adopted or get put to sleep. You want companionship right? It doesn't even have to be a pedigree to give you companionship. I heard that mixed parentage cats are more affectionate and home loving than pedigree cats. Seriously consider it. You'll be saving a kitten's life. Plus shelter cats are house trained right? Pet shop kittens usually aren't. So adopting one saves your time and energy AND money. And yeah, unless it's a house cat, don't declaw. It IS cruel.
Honey, I think you shud go for it but instead of buying one i think you should adopt one at SPCA or something..You wont be lonely and you'll be doing something good but its up to you. When you're out of town i am very sure some of your frens won't mind looking after it for a while...If you can't keep it long term, the best thing you could do is find it a good owner..Yeah...so have fun with your cat if you get one...-bigclap
-sweat Lol poor you....not much people answered your question..They seem more interested in your kitty then you getting a kitty..I am just speechless And by the way you guys are just too hilarious...Keep it up, it really is a dodgy world after all...-bigclap
jeeze looking back at this thread i realized what the hell he's talking about WTF you guys nope not yet i think i'll take a few weeks to think about it
i believe you're doing the right thing by waiting and thinking. you should also get adjusted to living alone first. if you want a little buddy (aka cat) later, believe you have time to play and care for it, and it doesn't cause you to socialize less with people, then save a cat from the pound.
i guess i was just distracted on the side, you know when you get a thought in your head and it's hard to get out
i think i'm going to hold off on the cat although i know that i can handle one now and your right, doesn't mean when i'm not lonely i wont still love it (because i just love cats) i just dont know where i will be in a few years and i dont want to move the cat from place to place so i'll get one years done the road when i know what i'm doing
