if you made a hand made gift (let's ignore cards) what have you made?

for my friend's birthday coming up
she is graduating from University two days later
so i'm going to make her a charm bracelet

(if i can find these)
which a graduation cap, a birthday cake, an 07, seattle space needle (cause we live in seattle), effiel tower (because we might go there on a trip)
and just some pretty beads cause



i'm just dissapointed, because i know she will like it, but her bf JUST got her a bracelet a few weeks ago, for a change of commitment deal
so it will mean more to her to wear his

 

i painted a plaster doll for my friend and she loved it...
crosstitch when i was a kid
bead bracelet..

not really into crafts..

 

ive made.....origami flowers, stars, lillies....
a few cakes and cookies here and there....
a few pictures using my stuff such as my pic for babby

 

I made origami too, and my most famous work was a panda

otherwise, there were friendship bands, cross stitches

 

I knitted a scarf as a xmas present

a friend of mine once made a kind of ' movie' for me and my friends. In this 'movie' she put some highlights of our friendship in it by photos, it was quite sweet I think she used Windows Movie maker or something to make it

 

i get owned when ever i try to make something >.< ... plus i keep worry'n they won't like it, instead i'll walk around a mall or some kinda market and if i see something that suits that person i'll buy it.

don't know if this counts but outta my friends i'm usually the one to get the "suprise" (usually b-day) parties going... so if your my friend... expect a suprise b-day ^_^ or i could pull a fast one! and throw it +- a day or two

i tried making stuff but then i was completely overwhelmed when one of the ex gf's made about 5000 stars...

For handmade things, I've made:

+ baked goods (cookies/cakes/etc.)

+ necklaces
+ mini pillow

There are more but I don't remember ...

 

hmm.. mostly i made large paintings for someone and drawings.. mostly artwork
