to beat henry bosco will befriend him...likely it will happen if the papers are writing that...and also someone mention above.. bosco character didn't have much scenes...therefore this will make his character useful in the end.
Like Shinobi put it, Raymond is a tragic hero. His character has redeemed himself after cheating on Linda. His love for her never changed and he helped her unconditionally waiting for her to forgive him. He will be missed. Also when Moses hand over the "extra" page of diary, it was obvious that it wasn't written by Raymond due to the phrase "There are times for crying, there are times for laughing, there are times for happiness, and there are times for pain" (My poor translation here). This phrase was a typical phrase used in Moses' family so he wanted to pass that idea onward to Linda to help her move on. From the Linda's trial on the rape case, is it just me or does the point seem blantantly obvious to make? And this cost Raymond his life... Moses' love for Linda here was undying from the start, while Raymond's love for Linda started in university but he cheated on Linda. His undying love was only realized after he lost her. It's going to be good that eventually Linda gets together with Moses because she needs to move on and Moses' personality matches Linda's personality better (whereas in the other thread many people said that Linda + Raymond is a good couple, but probably based on looks).
Hmmm...But in the end when Raymond finally understood Linda's character better, I think they might have something good going on if he didn't die. I did enjoy their onscreen chemistry a lot. There was a lot of good natured banter, and you could tell they genuinely cared for each other. Hmm...good thing Moses was there to comfort Linda. Don't you think the little boy who played Alfred when he was young had a striking resemblance to him? Heheh...very cute...
if u read the title it said WARNING SPOILERS!!!! next time when u enter a thread like this READ IT CAREFULLY
Moses is DEFINATELY going to get together with Linda! The relationship between them have been building up for a long time, and I think its just about the point where they finally got together. Starting from his sister's friend, to his best friend (even though she rejected him), to having her feel unhappy when he's with Cherry... it just has to! Raymond dying... it was sad, but only to the point where I was thinking to myself "What a dumb guy...". But hey, I guess you've got to realize theres only 4 episodes left, and they had to resolve Raymond's character line somehow. Like someone said earlier, the tragic hero style. About Bosco's character and him being a "hero" after what he does and all... I think that would be a good explanation to episode 1. I was always wondering! But it would be terrible if he go punished for saying in court that his previous testimonies were all a lie. It would be terrible for the daughter to have her father go to jail so early in her life! But I guess this series has GOT to lead to a happy ending. Here are my predictions: 1) Bosco will get let off with only a fine or something small 2) Ah Kum will going crazy for a bit, then live a life where she is kind of crazy and repetitive, and Ah Foon will eventually take care of her, but only by visiting her at another place. 3) Serng Joy Sum and Duk Duk Dai will get together (FOR SURE!) 4) Ah Yun will graduate and maybe even help fix Gil's business (HR! Maybe!) This is definately in my top 3 favourite series of all time Now I still wonder how they're going to close off Jackie's family story, or if they're gonna just leave it open ended. If they close it off too, then I will finally find a series where the ending is perfect
I was rewatching Ep 11 and realised sth funny. In ep 11, Linda was being interviewed by Raymond for the position of legal clerk. When he left the office, Linda picked up a photo of Raymond, his mother, AND...his sister and nephew!!! Ta-dah...new discovery...so what became of Ray's sister??? LOL
Ah Foon finally got some courage to stand up to his mother and acted appropriately. The preview just shows Bosco's greedy side... Lastly, do you think TVB will do their usual "rushed" ending? I noticed that the anti-climax usually happens in the last 15 min of the last episode, which always seemed rushed to me.
Too much plot to close, too little time, I just dont hope that TVB just concentrate in the trial and do not close the other plot like: What will happen to Jackie's family? since I assume that the 2nd wife will loose the trail, what will happen to Choi Tak and her? They never concentrate into Fala's story, also what will happen to Lei Yi (Michelle )
Makes total sense, Raymond Lam and Bosco Wong are TVB newest n hottest super star, TVB won't give them big image by making Raymond or Bosco bad guy, they twisted Raymond's character to tragic hero, while Bosco they gonna make him a spy, I figure that. Wow I really hate Henry, second wife and the in laws, I think they are gonna be hated in HK for at least a few months. They deserve it.
