Take a look. This is the second biggest impact player to come out of China and has a legit chance to be a top 5 pick. Some say he's the third best prospect behind Oden and Durant.

There a couple of workout videos and a blog on ESPN but i couldn't find the link again. It seems that Yi has a nice shot and can also finish with both hands.

Whats everyone think? A big concern was his actual age as it been called into question for a few years.

Thanks for the Youtube video, Kdot. I like Yi. I like his quickness. He's gonna dunk over Yao when they play against each other.

I saw his Youtube videos. He looks quite dominant but I'm not sure how he would do in the NBA though.

  9. for him to be dominent in the nba, he needs to bulk up and get stronger, right now he a 7ft small foward, with limited range. hes needs to gain at least 40 pounds to be dominant

kdot was probably searching for jesse mccartney's video initially. lol. Anyway, from the video I saw, he's going to make an instant impact.

I really hope Bulls can steal him from the draft, but I heard Atlanta might draft him.

well... seattle wanted him b4 getting the second pick... so he's likely to go high... he's a great prospect, but he's not a franchise saving phenom like the other high picks...

Kevin Garnett is not big. He doesn't have to get too big to dominate in the NBA. Some say he's a chinese version of KG.

strength is only 6 ... how can he stand those nba players? they will need to buff him up like they did to yao ming!

Agility is everytihng in NBA. Strength is not that important.

well... atm strength isn't as important cuz there's less and less power centers in the game with the influx of international players and general lack of them in the game... now we're getting pansy 7ft monsters that shoot threes(Bargnani,Radmonovic,Okur, Dirk, etc) <_<
