My mum always tell me to eat breakfast as its good for you. But I think it does give you enough energy to last until evening tea. But it shouldn't be that too important,
Breakfast is the most important meal of your day. Always eat like a king at breakfast and eat like a pauper for ur last meal. Breakfast wakes up your sluggish metabolism from sleep; and gives u fresh energy.
Breakfast is one morning ritual I NEVER skip. Anything which stands between my first cup of coffee/tea shall not live -devil I need the sugar boost to jump start my day -lol

its a bowl of porridge for me and on rare occasions i'd go for a mc dong dong brekkie......but only sometimes

One for personality A & the other for personality B =) Breakfast: I usually eat whatever I have left over from the previous nights dinner, but when I do make/go out for breakfast I may have: Lamb/beef gyro Spinach feta cheese omlette with toast & OJ Steak & eggs yum.... a skillet of eggs, potatoes, cheese, and sasauge. congee with condiments/assortments wonton noodles chinese pastry yum... or some cheese & crackers if I'm in a hurry...
