who eats rice?? Plenty of 'em if u come down to Malaysia... Nasi lemak (rice with coconut milk) is a staple breakfast @Knoc: Yeah, this time u ain't so fast... -rotfl
For a while I did, since I got class without break for 8 hours... =_=bbb It's a great thing to do IMO, especially in the winter, got you warm before you head out into the b*tchin' cold...
does ypu people like the good fry up brekkies??? i think they're pretty greasy sometimes.....and to say i used to know friends who eat them everyday...like the entire works....eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, beans, tomatoes etc.... knoc....hmmm....now you got me thinking.....
Breakfast is suppose to kickstart your metabolish & give u more energy. It depends on what types of food you eat though. Complex carbohydrates, e.g. are good, but if u eat junk, then u might as well not eat breakfast
i always eat breakfast in the morning.. unless i'm in a huge rush. my breakfast usually consists of cereal, mi goreng or last nights rice.. lol occasionally on weekends i'll hav bacon and eggs.
Yeah I really think breakfast is crucial for energy. It jump starts my attention span lol. I find that if I eat breakfast I feel awake after a couple of bites whereas if I don't eat breakfast, I need about an hour to be completely awake
breakfast is for baby and young kids. Who would want to wake up 8 or 9 in the morning and eat breakfast. I usually wake up after noon. HAHA
^ Well, enjoy your college days while you can. Because most adults do not have the luxury to wake up after 12pm... And yeah, on a side note, not eating breakfast do age people more somehow (probably don't have enough energy to do the day's worth of errands and work)
