asian woman eat stuffs... that will make them younger, e.g. bird nest lol, but donno if it really helps.. they buy expensive creams too... to apply on the skin.... dont know many west ppl who does it, but know many asian...
last time i checked asian girls like to shop so the more they shop, the more they have to run around and they keep fit by doing just that
