I had a friend that drunk green tea everyday with no exception.she has lose weight. She was eating 3 times a day but now she is eating 4 times daily, taking weight...Is it the after-effect of the tea?what do you think?
Yes, I have heard that green tea does make you lose weight, but you will have to make it more concentrated inored to feel this effect. The other teas work too like oolong, keemun, bo-lei. You just have to add more leaves then usually. It has t obe proper bitter aswell.
oooo i love green tea as wqell....and the added bonus that it helps to lose weight...well i ant noticed any difference......blehhh but its yummy none the less
i heard green tea is good in neutralizing the radiation from computer monitors. anyone have any insights to that?
When u say "taking weight" do u mean losing it or gaining? Green tea is heavy in antioxidants and proven to be effective for a healthy body. I drink green tea from Mon-Fri.. it's like my daily coffee lol! haven't had any weight problems lol! Another example.. Japanese drink green tea everyday and u very seldom see obese or overweight Japs. Plus, the average Japanese lifespan is about 75 years old, so I really can't say green tea has any secondary effects. Unless u have allergies or some other health problems like hyperthyroidism, kidney disease or blood clotting.
I've heard that Green Tea can HELP losing weight (but not a diet in itself) as it has huge doses of antioxidants... And I think appetite suppressants too. Yet again, did your friend eat 4 smaller meals? I've heard that it can help lose weight... smaller meals and all... It is true to a certain extent. It is more like green tea have antioxidants, good for detox... But specifically with camputer radiation? Not sure.
shouldn't this be in the health section? and (personally i don't know) if you want to know, you could easily google effects of green tea?
