I guess in the situation like this man, the pain would be so horrible you don't have much choice than cutting your own foot -enduring this pain for some moments in order to survive- or just lying there to die in pain. Yeah but would you cut your own foot off in a situation like this to safe your own life? And that's why I only want to live in cities; if anything happens to me at least there are enough people, hospitals and cellphone connection top get help. And if there's a huge disaster in the city happening, so be it, at least I won't die alone. -mellow
