Who's Attending the 2008 Beijing Olympics?

We might be in HK when its on and would like to go, but I bet alot of the hotels etc are booked or going to be expensive!

 

I would like to but I don't know if I can get those 2 weeks off at the right time. It will be mad expensive too.

 

lucky u! Not sure if my parents got the ticks but i've been to the 2000 Sydney Olympics, it was fantastic!

Yeah i will defo be going, i might help as a volunteer aswell i can speak English, mandarin and Cantonese . Does anyone know how old you have to be to help?

I will defenitely not go. Olympics are not my kind of thing.

Just heard on the news that an undercover investigation has found that the souveners being made for the olympics are being made by kids!!!

a $ a day!!!!

 

well it is china afterall.............. probably the shirt on your back is made by a little kid for a dollar a day -mellow

 

everyone of my hk friends say its pointless~~
id rather go and spend my money happily shopping and eating in hK
