Might be worth it to spend over $200 on a video card when Starcraft 2 comes out!

i don't have one but my best friend does. his graphic card cost ~$700 i think. he kinda wants a newer more powerful one though.

  13. i think most people have a card more than $200, my card is equivalent to roughly $300 and that was pretty cheap.

well if ur gonna get a new pc, basically any relatively new vga card (mid - upper range) would cost u over 200aud

i spent > 200 on the case lol
    ><
i've spent more on peripherals than on the actual core system (like monitor, speakers, case etc)
guess i'll upgrade sooner or later

for that you might need something a little better than 300? don't really know what it requires but from the looks of it i think if you want to play at a decent frame rate or something like that, you would probably need a stronger one lol. I want to be able to play that too lol but not gonna shed money on a new computer cause my old one doesn't support it fo sure.......-huh

  20. yeah i know, im happy with medium level graphics, considering the native res of my monitor (1680 x 1050) i wont be playing it maxed out. ill get a pci express PC next, my current pc is agp, oldskool :p

This is the minimum requirements for Maximum level graphics.

    Minimum Requirements
    CPU: 2.8Ghz
    RAM: 512MB
    Graphics: Geforce 6 series
