lol stil weak can only bench 155, 5 reps and i'm 170 i can dumbell press like 140 (70x2) and with the machine bench press i could do 250lbs (way easier because there is support and you are sitting lol)
lol i'm 137, and i don't think i bother lifting anything unless i really need to lol....i'm right at the 21 of the BMI.......i'm sure i can lift myself though

I can bench 25 lbs. and I weight 175. I can do machine press like 90 and thumb press 25. Yes I'm weak.
so you guys actually work out?!? I think I tried once and the empty bar almost killed me. I swear the bar is like 100lbs!
