HK sale-sees are so scary. they'll follow you all around the store until you buy something. and they'll keep saying this and that will look good on you or it really matches you. and it's sometimes hard shopping in HK because the clothes tags say free size but it still seems a little tight anyways. but i guess it's all because of the food in US. so fatty. alot of my friends from HK eat only one fourth of the portion of rice i eat. but then again, not every chinese girl in US are fat. some are still skinny. who knows if they are just visiting US though?

Yup in US and Canada i might wear a small or medium, in southern US, i can find XS still are big on me, but in HK, a large might be alright you mean me? eh, i could only find a picture from halloween that has a full body profile so um dont mind the costume HA HA HA i've even lost quite a bit of that tummy since yea totally my guy, it's 10 inches taller than me, and was only 20 pds heavier, and now (after some stressful situations) he was only 10 pds heavier GAH no wonder why he keeps teasing me that i'm fat

in hong kong, they call her the fat princess (cause she played a princess in virtues of harmony). ppl in hong kong still consider her to be on the chubby side. it's sad. i personally don't understand the need to be so thin that u can tell the front from the back.
can i ask one thing? i think the majority here is chinese, but can someone care to explain me the trend in hk? why are there girls who are comparable to mary-kate olsen? its like... they starved to death or something...

the skinnier the better. being fat is seen as having a really really really bad disease. they believe the mary-kate look is attractive. they look at the celebrities and attain to that look. and if u look at the girls in the hk business, they are all rail thin. one of the best examples would prob be sammi cheung. she is grotesquely thin but they all look at that and go "oooohhhh...she's so thin. she's so beautiful"
lol jap girls are better about this... having a bit of chubbyness and meat is considered hot/cute. Just look at Reon Kadena lol perfect proportions

yes anorexia is a disease as well, but ask any hk girl and she'll tell u that she'll rather be anorexic then be fat (or in this case a size 4). it's sad but true.
