i know there are a lot of threads about how to lose weight and junk so i thought i might share some of my successful methods (if you have any other ideas, or suggestions, please share) cutting calories!!!! 1) dont eat close to bed time in fact, i try not to eat past 7pm, but i dont sleep until midnight, so that gives me plenty of time to digest 2) cutting out snacks i tend to eat a lot in front of the computer and in front of the tv even when i'm not hungry so i try to cut that out entirely (unless i truely am hungry) 3) cutting out the highly addictive fatty foods i'm a huge fan of potato chips, ice cream, and chocolate but i've cut out 90% of the potato chips and chocolate i use to eat and well, sorry although i have cut down on ice cream, i still eat it a lot but cutting out the potato chips and chocolate does help a lot just using these few things, i dont have to sacrafice the foods i love i dont freak out about eating fatty foods at dinner, because i already know i've cut a lot of calories from other places keep in mind a DRASTIC change could be to much of a shock to the body i can't say i'm proof of loseing weight in fact i'm having mass trouble with that i'm excersicing more (to lose weight) but itseems to be adding more weight to me instead but i can say i can visually notice i am loseing fat but i guess lots more muscle mass
aaw complaining of HK girls saying u are fat and then starting a calorie counting thread... don't let those skinny hoes get to ya
running in the morning right after you wake up is also a good way to burn calories from what i heard, but too lazy to try that lol
how about without death becoming a part of it kinda hard not to when all the people i hang out with are HK people besides, i've just noticed i started gaining weight after i graduated from university about a year ago (so i want to get healthier again, ) i've become lazy due to the lack of excersice required at a desk job
i started running at night before bed cause yea, i'm to lazy to do it in the morning but lately it's also been quite warm here, so it's nice to do it in the cool crisp evening air
lol i only run in the evening lol , but its different in the morning cause you just wake up and you don't really have anything to burn so you just burn off the left over calories from the day before.
i run at night. who can run first thing in the morning? when i wake up, the only thing i want to do is go back to sleep. but when i run, i wear like 5 layers of clothing to burn off more. smallrinilady: oily is a weird word. but i still hate the word calories
LOL...ahh...me have to loose weight in 1 and a half weeks.. that imposible...lol...cuz whe i go to hk...im gonna be gaining 10 more pounds...i seriously love eating...when i was little i had high matebolism...but know..i dunno what happened... i became more chubbier...so i have to watch my wieght and eat what i like...that is imposible...lol
LOL...its pictures that dunt show...but in real life...u can see the chubbyness in the stomache and the arms...my face doesnt go along with my body... thank goodness...lol
lol this is not good... i think the best way is: just eat healthy foods. ots of vegetables, but not only.. u need meat too... chocolates, candys etc... not much but dont cut them out .
