Aiya....its just that the hk gurls think its a TREND to be skinny...
not much of the 13-16 yearolds...but the 17 and higher year olds
are the ones who really are getting this trend into mind...

  2. i think its a stupid trend... in the past, it was a trend to be fat lol

but anyways, if this trend keeps up, them girls are gonna spend their time in hospital beds hooked on to that nutrition liquid pouch...

in the words of "Wong Tze Wah"

    what is skinny?
skinny is ten pds less than skinny

that's why when you lose ten pds you need to lose ten more pds . . . .etc

until you look like a lamp post
    . . . .

  4. LOLLLLL a lamp post hahahahaha

i say hot girls from canada are perfect lol

not overweight, not underweight, just part of the list of perfect hot girls lol

Maybe that is what girls want....hell even tyra banks put on some weight to show that you can still be hot/sexy with a few extra pounds http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20009611,00.html...but i guess that trend of skinny models and looking good as skin and bones still is a very big hit....

that picture of whoever that is is just gross. and there was a trend to be fat? -huh what is the "average size" of the typical HK person anyways? not as skinny like a stick right? well, when i went there a while ago, no one really stuck out to me as being anorexic or bulimic or anything. then again, i went a few years back. has a lot really changed since then?

i eat fairly a lot or at least considered by my friends/family in america a lot for my body size but don't really gain weight because i have a fast metabolism. sooo. i'm not super skinny like bones but skinnier than most of my friends. but it's in my blood not a result of my diet?

  12. in the victorian ages -lol

if youre fat, it meant you were wealthy.

if youre skinny, you were part of a poor family.

    u might find it harsh..
bu bearing in mind i live in london
but my personal opinion is that americans generally eat more junk food...
    things like mc'Ds etc
in london, they kinda restrict ppl and students goin into bk or mc'ds
    which is good i supose
but HK i dont know what they're standards is.. but some of the gurls are too thin
like size zero kind of.. that jus scares me >.<

    that was only for men
for women it was still good to be skinny
that ment it didn't cost a lot of money to feed you

but now a days, the fast food is soooo cheap that you can be poor and still plenty heavy (note americans)
it seems that wealthier people actually are skinnier than the less wealthy in the USA (i guess becuase of their class they often have a apperance they need to keep up, or are more scared of dieing)

Hm, I read an article online about this.. I think that would be pretty embarrassing to have someone get an xxl size of clothing for me...>.< According to american sizes, blouse/shirt: Im xs - s, pants: ideal sizes are 0-1, 2 hangs on my hips slightly. I wonder if I would be termed as a big girl-lol

^-blush dont feel like that.. I really think its the american sizes that make a difference.. I'm noticing, as well as my mother that lately (kinda depends on brand) but generally I think the american clothing manufactures are making the sizes bigger, like nowadays the size "s " is what use to be a medium, mediums are now what use to be the size for large.. I really think so, because many times when I go shopping, I pick up a size "small" and it's more like a med-large sized shirt, same case with other articles of clothing.. Im really not that tiny. 36 26 34.5. Im just petite.

u would think being taller would mean that it would be easier to lose the weight huh? dumb body and its lack of wanting to participate.
