Eat, more like drink, a quad shot machiato would do the trick for me... Since I can never sleep well when there's a time limit (1 hr?) in fear of oversleeping -mellow
I would choose to eat in both situations because food gives you energy, and sometimes sleeping just makes me more tired.
Eating. I will wake up in the middle of the night if I my stomach is empty, which for one, is not a pleasant experience, and 2. I tend to not be able to fall back asleep afterwards...>.< Sooo, food first.
sleeping that one hour...ehhh i rather just sleep for 45 min wake up grab a sandwich wala problem solved
eat, sleep for 1 hour will make you worse off, i remember trying that (3:30 am till 4:30 am) and HAVING to wake up to finish my never ending work (that i left to the last minute:(), thats the closest ive been to being a half living zombie i tell ya
haha! Ive gone thru this scenario lol! I chose to eat something quick and fast.. 30 mins and then take a 30 mins nap! that equals 1 hour! haha!
That's why desserts come in handy... practically no digestion to speak of... and SUGAR BOOST! -bigclap

in a real situation i would prefer to chow down because the food can somewhat give you energy to keep going for a certain amount of time but thats just me :/
i definitely prefer sleeping even though i eat more than sleep but i think it'll be good if i can sleep for long. yea i have insomnia so i have problems sleeping.
in the reality situation, with only one hr or so, i wud choose to eat bcuz i kno i wud prolly oversleep that being said, i wud prefer sleeping in my wonderland...
