If you are considering to go to the hospital I suggest you exaggerate your pain because the admit people in based on pain and nothing else.
better go to the doctor if u cant do it on ur own...if u messed up it will hurt very much and the wound would even go deeper...
Awww, cant believe you got a splinter so easily..>.< that stinks.. I hope your visit at the doctors wont be as terrifying or painful as you think it might be.
the thing is, the doctors aint open today =( , so gota wait till monday..it dont hurt as much now only if i touch it lol..but thanks everyone..
Aww poor u-hug Maybe have someone from your family pull it out then bc if you keep it in too long, it might be infected.
thanks (hug) but the splinter is inside my nail..so cant really pull it with a needle or tweezers without making my finger bleed :(
1cm splinter in your nail?? Wow! How did that happen? 1cm is a freakin long splinter! I wouldn't wait if I were you. I don't think tweezers would do the trick if it's such a big splinter. Should head to the ER asap
Bleeding would be better than getting an infection. However, i do understand the reluctance there, but maybe what u can do is turn your head away while they pull it out and then have them clean and bandage it before u turn ur head.
not really..lol..it dont look serious but it still hurts abit.. imagine a 1cm thing stuck in underneath ur nail...n u cant get it out cos its 'stuck' lol
gross. get your mom or someone to get it out for you. it's harder to do it yourself because it hurts and you have to concentrate at the same time
its stuck inside my nail!! it doesnt even stick out so i cant pull it out with tweezers..its stuck stuck stuck..
