D'ya believe your ideal weight?

i'm 5'6 & 8stone 1lbs
apparently my ideal weigh is 8st 11lbs
BUT it seems a bit too much if u know what i mean lol
i'm not exactly gonna put on weight -noclue
but wanted to loose half a stone

what's ur ideal weigh & d'ya rekon it's right?

lol...1 stone is 25lbs ...so u weight about 200lbs? lol jks jks...go work out those ABS!!!! go to the gym rite now =p

A stone is approximately 14 lbs.

 

I know for sure that im underweight :( Its really hard to gain weight for me. I don't know why. Although i don't eat a lot so this might be a factor

 

i cant believe i gained 8 lbs from work, and our work is a lot of lifting and carrying and it's hardwork.....that sux....
