Which race had the smartest brain?

I think japanese b/c they're more industrialize and had better technologies.

well i am nobody, nobody is perfect, therefore i am perfect...i vote for japanese...

 

Please define "smartest". Personally, i dont think there's a race with smarter brain, its just the way how you were brought up, the circumstances, and such that shapes you. Mind you tho, genetics at times do play a role but not that often.

 

My vote goes to the Japs...

 

i don't think there is any smarter race cmp to others. Japs are better in technology; coz they have put their energy in it since WW2, mainly because they are not allowed to develop anything else. if a nation's goals are towards technology and every single citizen there is in that nation worked towards that for >6 decades, you will also be the best in technology.

 

well people, don't you notice that people who are mixed are smarter than full, and they are also sometimes prettier too.
