wow just eat a lot and you should end up gaining weight... i dont see hwy you would really want to thou
eat alot of foods that are healthy when i mean alot i mean ALOT then excersise but not so much u burn allt he thing u just ate so u gain wait in a healthy way (eat bread alot it has lots of sugar in it) also make sure u have breakfast

First, i think you should find out if there is any underlying medical condition that makes you skinny and not able to put on weight. One of it is thyroid problems. Though it may be unlikely, better to rule that out. Also, being thin could just be in our genes. Otherwise, i think you should eat more, but eat the healthy stuffs. Not just feeding on chocolates etc. Also, if you are exercising excessively, you should cut down on that. Otherwise, do continue exercises...cos, it also makes you heatlhy.
I want to gain weight aswell. But i don't want to eat those unhealthy foods. If only there were healthy foods that can make me slightly more fatter.
lol!! why would u wanna get fatter? are you sure you dont wanna get bulkier? lol its all about the lean chicken, grain, and weight lifting =)
if you really are looking to just put on some fat... you should get a clingy significant other lol... i know this sounds crazy but for the most part it works..its worked for me and heres why.. i use to be very active and play sports for hours a day everyday...but once i got a gf who wasn't into sports...i got a lot bigger and fatter lol... becauseee 1) i stopped chillin with boys and spent more time with the gf 2) we passed the stage where we had to go out and find new things to do everytime and settled down 3) we still like spending time with each other..but u can only do so much "just chillin" 4) ur both bored and lazy so u stay in with a movie instead 5) wat goes best with a movie? food! 6) food will be incorporated in almost everything u do lol lol i've gained about 10 lbs a year since going out with this girl... and i've jumped from about 150 to about 185 lb... if i didnt keep exercise routine.. i'd probably be at 230lbs lol...and for someone 5'11... that isnt a good size lol
^I bet if you keep that up, you would lose your gf for sure. Girls don't like fatso unless if they chose to date one right from the start.
i think having supper is the best way to get fatter... i was underweight for a period of time and the doc advised me to take a small portion of supper at nitez..
actually it not because of that, you mostly likely have high metabolism, which in many cases have the biggest apetite, but nvr gain weight....i have a friend who eats more than anyone, and all she does it study and sleep, we ask her out to sporting...but she nvr comes.....and another friend who ssays she looks like a sticks and she's pretty lazy too....she wont get fat....go your family doctor and let them know your situation......you wont get fat just eating...
oh oh i found a way!!! ehhehe welll i guess its the best way so far.. beside the eating n sleeping... is that... wot u do.. is... only eat Mc D!!! eheheh for breakfast..lunch n dinner... n make sure u r filled up to the brim... do that for one week.... then for the next 2 weeks.. only eat KFC... or some fried chicken substiute... after that... u only eat ice cream.... n ofcourse u have to exercise to... but the only exercise u shall do it carry ur takeaways from the place to ur car
yeah some people are skinny regardless of what they eat or do, i had a friend constantly asking how to get some muscle and nothing would work for him... those types of people tend to have a small frame and big belly when they get older.
hehehehhe r u that kind master g? ehhehe i know i know.. this guy fren of mine is a very good example.. all he does is eat.. play wow.. go lectures.. eat.. sleep.. wow..sleep.. eat...wow.......... n his eating is eating out... do u know how greasy it is to eat out.. n he eats out every single meal.. n he is stick thin!!! so unfair ehhe
nah lol, im not that type, i would like to be though, i could eat kfc and MacDonalds everyday with no probs
creatine will make u get bulky. if you don't work out, creatine will make you gain weight. and lots of it.
