actually that happened to me once, i invited him to get something to drink and the whole night he kept calling his friends on when they'll be arriving. It was extremely awkward and embarassing. oh well, it's all in the past, better luck to ya in the future!
Yeah, true true its real awkward when things arent what u think they are.....In my case, the guy just stopped talking to me when i did not respond to his signals...Sigh -mellow There goes one friend...I think both guys and girls are waiting for the other one to initiate....-ohmy Wat do you guys think??
Hmmm...well, I think the guy is asking for too much if he likes the girl but expects her to make the first move. I mean, if it were me, I'd probably give subtle signals, like maybe agreeing to go out for a drink or sth, spending more time with him, but I don't think I'd go all the way and ask him out for a date

I think my problem is cause i don know how to read the signals and worst thing is i don know how to give signals.....-noclue Normally, you would be friends with a person first to know him and I am just worried that after a confession is made and everything becomes too awkward. And I might lose a friend and i hate that to happen....sigh...Well, for guys what kind of signals do you wait for and for girls with experience what signals should be given.....
for me, i don't like playing that kind of game.. it's either, a woman is interested or not.. and i am the same way with women lor.. why make it so complicated?? but before when i did "play" that game, some signs are body language.. like when a woman talk to a guy, she usually lean in a little bit, play with their hair, touch the guy's arm when they laugh.. if they sitting next to each other, if she cross her legs toward the guy it's a sign she's interested.. eye contact is also another sign.. red face.. there's a lot of "clues"..
Lo...I think those body languages only works with a guy that knows how to read them and whether he is interested a not......I think i tried with it and it failed miserably hahahaha......-blush
