This thread will be my motivation and of course, other people's motivation on setting themselves a goal. I've decided to become a body builder, to set my goal one step up beside just losing weight. This will be my personal goal and after 4 more days of my extreme weight loss training, I will jump on bodybuilding. What are your goals? or what type of goals are you going to set up?
My goal is to stay in my current physical shape since I am somewhat happy with it. I don't want to be too thin, too fat, or too muscular since they all have their downsides.

I weight 70kg and im 175cm, what is that in lbs. Im currently just doing press ups, sit ups and pull ups dont really want to be a muscley freak lol.
i weight this much coz i use to be athlete and train almost everyday for 15 yrs.. i'm only 5'10 70kg is 154.32 lbs
I'm going to get cut instead of being bulky, it looks very nice. This is how I want to be, that's my goal.
really? I think it's perfect, if I train myself for 2 years I should be close to that. I've already got a lot of muscles just need to get cut and trim out all the fat I have left lol.
this is great. -bigclap for you. my goal for this month is to stop stealing music and american movies online... 7 days left.
lighter weights with more reps will get you cut. if you run too much, you'll end up burning your muscles.
only use the school gym though and school is over so that's the only way for me to burn fat now, but i can use my 15lbs. dumbell at home, need at least a 25-30 though for "light weights." my goal is going to be harder to reach now cause i can't lift heavy weights anymore and that muscle is gonna go away lol.
that guy in the picture looks about 30lbs heavier than i am.. he has to be over 200, but just by little bit.. i think you have to work VERY VERY hard to look like that
erm....u really wanna become like that ar? so...daai chek low.... imo a bit too much ar...the shoulders are scary and the boobs are too big...=/ overall...a bit too pumped up =/ but everyone has their own taste i guess......
Exactly what I think. And others will think you are a weakling if there is something you cannot do or if you are afraid of something.
