do u guys do it privately or publicly with friends around and stuff?? its kinda hard to get the girl/guy from his/her friends right??

 

I'd definitely do it alone with the girl. It would suck to be rejected in front of my friends or her friends.

I usually just drop hints, and if I can tell they like me back, I'll get a little more obvious. But I don't think I would ever make the first move. There was this guy I knew since like 5th grade and we started talking again --> I started liking him. We were always trying to guess who each other liked. One day, we told each other some letters of the person's name. I picked someone with almost the same letters as him so if his wasn't me, I wouldn't be embarassed. But then I just thought I might as well and we told each other. Then he asked me out a few days after that. But we aren't together anymore, because his "best friend" started liking me and we broke up.
