Yes, I would've lost the case because the van I was in was stolen and there were atleast 7 people in it. There were 3 cops in 2 squad cars. They did what they had to do and used as much intimidation as they could to make sure nobody in the van would even think of doing anything stupid before and after we were out. When I lived in california high speed chases happened and still happens all the time and what they did in those live coverages were the same as what they did to my friends and I that day. Now, I was about to go home using the subway that day but some other friends came by to invite us to a party and they kept insisting on drive me home and since driving me home was quicker I finally agreed but it turned out they wern't driving me home and we were going to a little party in the next town but on our way there we got stopped.
yes they do. i had an expierence like this before. i do think that cops in general are always anticipating for the worst. since in their line of work, crime is evident and they deal with it all the time. can't blame them for that -- if i was the cop i would be weary too. lol. i can still remember in my experience, the cop's face. he was literally terrified and was about to reach for his shotgun in his backseat. so much stress and unknown in this line of duty, imo. >.<
me and my friends are like that too. we find out who that person is and then..... some stuff u could sue them for. my friends lawyer got him out of a murder case.
No wonder.... Dont get me wrong saying you look like thugs but popo there are afraid since firearms are easy to come by and because seeing 4 persons and 1of you going up to knock on his window definitately looks suspicious.
Do you know why he was about to shoot you?? I know!! Let me tell you why!! Because he was afraid your gonna take his doughnuts away from him!! You probably looked lost and hungry to him so he had to protect himself from hungry civilians.
