I dont' see what's so hard about passing a drivers test... the hardest part is the parallel parking... that takes a few practices... and ur instructor is an ass if they make u do it in a tight spot...

Stop on all stop lights and stop signs... on stop signs count three seconds, look left, right, left and then go... if ur turning, come to a full stop first, creep out and stop again, count three seconds then turn...

when making a turn, find the reflector(usually blue) in the middle of the intersection and turn around it, or follow the lane if its dotted, if there isn't any thing to guide you then just don't start turning till ur car is past the middle of the intersection =/

always use ur signal lights, merging lanes, turning, pulling out of parking...

keep both hands on the wheel, and don't cross ur arms when turning...

took me 3 days... u just need to pay attention to everything u do... driving is no joke...

yepp.. its totally normal to fail your first driving test.. although you may its a big deal.. many people fail the first time.. and usually learn from the second time.. my friend failed his first and his second but he got it on his third try.. hope you can do it on your second go! -lol

goodluck for ur next driver test!!

don't know how it's done in us or europe... but here u pass a theory to get ur L's, then need to do 50hrs of drving with a fully licence (now 120 lol) before u attempt ur p's test.... p's is a driving test... u get ur p's u can drive but there's a speed limit u must abide by... 90km/h for red p's 100km/h for green p's (even if the limit is 110km/h)

the new laws introduced this month..... well today... lol... are really crap imo..... any other aussie p platers here?

all sorts of little things lol, nothing major, but all his small mistakes accumulate so that he fails each time. pretty sad/funny.

it's not bad really... all it comes down to is always the driving instructors... there are 3 kinds... the chill instructor that brings a coffee into ur car and just tells u to drive... the professional or the one that's friendly, but takes this seriously... then there's the asshole... u can spot those a mile away, they'll be the ones getting out of the cars with people who are crying at the wheels after failing their test(at any rate u'll probably not pass if u get this guy)... the other two guys; if u do everything they say, u'll be fine...

Learn from your mistakes. Practise turning and parking. Those are the most troublesome parts anyway

Here in Germany there is a limit of practical exam. After 2 or 3 times there's a idiot test.
You have to pay nearly 1,400 Euros for the driving school.

Currently I am also learning driving. My pratical exam is in three weeks.

Oh crud. Is it going to be hard at Victoria Park? I'm doing my test soon. >.<

Well, anyway, I have friends who have failed a first time and got their license the second time they tried. Don't worry! It's not uncommon. =)

Don't worry about what other people are saying about your failure....Just keep trying and you'll get the results in the end.

Sometimes, I do think driving tests are pretty stupid. Sometimes, even 1 minor mistake can fail you completely.
