Frying is definitely easier, you just gotta make sure the oil is hot enough. And of course, not over-fry or fry the outsides (but raw on the insides). But if you are talkin abt cooking curry chicken from scratch (that means no those bought and readymade ingredients), and making it tastes delicious, that takes skills.
^No, if you are talking about purely curry powder. However, there are some curry that says you just pour it out and mix with the chicken, add water.. and ur done. Of course that's readymade then

^Hey aishu, have you tried using an electric stove to cook? It really lacks some of the wok hei the chinese are so particular about you know!! Speaking of personal experience here. The simple stir fries that I make taste much better when cooked on a proper stove...you know, the kind with a blazing fire...lol
yup yup.. i know wot u r talkin bout.. yeah.. my flat now uses those electric ones... hmm.. dont know.. i dont mind both.. i guess its the same.. just let the plate heat up.. till its like really really hot.. i found it the same as usong fire if u turn it all the way lol.. dunno.. well u can even light up paper with the lectric stove.. so i suppose hehehe its quite hot lol
The problem with electric stoves is that it is flat. A wok is shaped like a big semi-circle so it's hard to get a large surface area heated up.
