Does this event happen ever year in Toronto? I was there 2 years ago and didn't read about it anywhere.
I believed it got bigger last year and the year before that (courtesy of Powerunit, the masterminds behind the Asian Night Market). But yeah, I believe it has been happening for quite a few years now...
I was in Toronto around the same time 2 years ago. Me and my friend were walking around looking for stuff to do. Surprised that they didn't promote the event that much. I didn't see any of the poster.
if it's your first time.. be prepared to eat the worst thing you put in your mouth -lol this festival is the only place i know in toronto where you can get smelly toefoo...because you can't cook this indoors ..it will leave a huge smell and not everyone can handle it ...lmafo. but yea i was hooked on it from my uncle in HK a few years back.....HK ones are very SMELLY and delicious! *droolz* extra smelly cause of the humid weather -lol besides food at this festival theres a basketball tournament during the day...and a stage where people can come up and perform songs etc...lot of karaoke singers were singing last year <_< but mostly walking eating and buying asian things...like stuff at a flee market lol yup mostly money spending.
makes me wanan go there but then i dont have the time to errrrrrrr but then i would be the only non canadian there haha
