Strike a conversation with them, asking them "wouldn't it be cool if you and I went out and have lunch?", IF they say sure then set up a time.
JUST try to get her msn or email address first. work slowly from there, a relationship should blossom... dont act and sound as if, you want to jump on her immediately after the dinner.
