^How big is the abalone? Hmmm...60++ is too steep for a student's pockets...hehe. I should continue leeching from home. kekekeke

The old Chinese system of weights is very easily related to the British/US system Both Katties and pounds are devided into 16 sub-units !6 ounces to one pound 16 taels or Leungs to one Kattie or Cattie One Pound is 12 taels or Leungs of the Chinese measurement. So in relation to pounds, one Kattie or Leung is roughly 1 1/3 ounces.
I would prefer the shark fin, because I enjoy soup more...and having the pleasure to add a hint of red vinegar...that's like totally YUM YUM!!
definitely abalone, it has it's own specific taste. Shark fin basically doesn't have taste, it fully depends on the chicken based soup
i like all of them.. but would much prefer shark's fin and bird's nest.. coz i have not really tasted any abalone that is really nice.. coz they are just too expensive..
abalone!! how can you not love the sauce... and the way how it's all soft and it like.. melts... oh my goodness... T_T
Shark Fin FTW. I always order a bowl of shark fin with dumpling whenever I go dim sum with my family.
